Green Goddess Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup a cucumber (skin on))

  • 1 cup (190 g) cubed pineapple (frozen or canned will work too)

  • 1/2 an avocado

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 large handful greens such as spinach or kale

  • 2-4 ice cubes

  • Optional - serving of protein powder

  • Optional - serving of spirulina powder

NB - you can use Coconut Water for a lighter smoothie if you wish.

Blend all the ingredients together in a high speed blender,  I LOVE my vitamix for this - and enjoy!
