Green Goddess Smoothie

1/2 cup a cucumber (skin on))

1 cup (190 g) cubed pineapple (frozen or canned will work too)

1/2 an avocado

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup water
-
1 large handful greens such as spinach or kale
-
2-4 ice cubes
-
Optional - serving of protein powder

Optional - serving of spirulina powder
NB - you can use Coconut Water for a lighter smoothie if you wish.
Blend all the ingredients together in a high speed blender, I LOVE my vitamix for this - and enjoy!
